Linen Upholstered Bed With Turned Wood Posts (HM-LB-2603) is the quiet one in the range: a 110 cm linen-look headboard, 10 cm of padding, and four turned solid-wood posts that run from the floor to the top of the headboard and footboard. No metal, no trim, no tufting — the joint between cloth and timber is the entire design.

HM-LB-2603 sits in our upholstered single & queen bed range. It is specified for boutique guest houses, Scandinavian and Japandi interiors, holiday rentals, master bedrooms and hotel rooms that need to feel residential.

The posts are turned rubberwood, sanded to 180 grit and finished with a water-based clear lacquer, so they can also be stained to a walnut or black tone without changing tooling. The headboard and footboard are one carton each, the rails and slat deck a third; 0.2910 to 0.3600 CBM per set, which loads 233 double beds or 188 king beds in a 40HQ.

• Turned solid wood posts. Four rubberwood posts, 6 cm at the turning, running floor to headboard top — the structural frame and the decorative detail are the same piece.
• 110 cm linen headboard. 10 cm of padding, the thickest in the range, wrapped in a linen-look weave with a plain piped edge and no visible stitching line.
• Low 20 cm rails and footboard. A deliberately low line so the mattress sits proud of the frame, which is the look Scandinavian and Japandi interiors ask for.
• Linen-look upholstery. Woven polyester-cotton in oatmeal as standard; sand, sage, stone grey, charcoal and clay from stock. Real linen and COM accepted.
• Timber slat deck. Poplar slats on a centre rail, sized for a 20–30 cm mattress; no box spring.
• Three sizes. 137 × 190, 150 × 200 and 180 × 200 cm, all from the same post and headboard profile.
• Three-carton flat pack. Rails, slats and hardware bag fit inside the headboard carton on request, which cuts one carton per set for importers paying per-carton handling.

• Timber stain. Clear, walnut, oak, black and whitewash from stock; a stain matched to a physical sample is a 7-day lab dip.
• Post profile. Turned as standard; square, tapered or fluted posts are cut on the same line at no tooling cost above 100 sets.
• Fabric and colour. Linen-look, real linen, boucle, chenille and PU matched to a Pantone or a swatch you post. COM accepted.
• Size to your mattress. 190, 200 and 203 cm lengths are standard for us; 90–200 cm widths cut to order.
• Branding and packing. Woven or printed label, branded hardware bag, retail carton printing, barcode labels, drop-test certified cartons for e-commerce parcels.

What is the MOQ?

50 sets per model. Mixed models and sizes can share a container as long as each reaches 50 sets.

Are the posts solid wood or veneered?

Solid rubberwood, turned from square stock. The headboard and footboard panels are plywood and MDF under the upholstery, which is normal for upholstered beds and keeps the weight and the price down.

Can the wood be stained to match my floor?

Yes. Send a sample of the floor or a RAL/NCS reference and we will dip a stain chip for approval before production. Walnut, oak, black and whitewash are already in stock.

Does the low rail mean the mattress slides?

No. The slat deck sits inside the rails and the mattress drops 4–5 cm below the rail top, so it is located on all four sides. A 20–25 cm mattress sits best.

Can I have it without the turned detail?

Yes. Square, tapered and fluted posts are cut on the same line; there is no tooling charge above 100 sets.

How many sets fit in a 40HQ?

Approx. 233 in double 137, 212 in 150 × 200 and 188 in 180 × 200, based on standard packing.
