The headboard is 115 cm high and 9 cm deep with a diamond tufting grid pulled by hand — buttons anchored through the foam into the board, not glued on — and the rails and footboard are plain so the pattern stays the only decoration in the room.

What is the MOQ?

50 sets per model. Mixed models and sizes can share a container as long as each reaches 50 sets.

Will the tufting flatten during shipping?

Buttons are anchored through the foam into the board with a nylon shank and washer, not glued, and the headboard ships as its own carton with foam corner protection and nothing stacked on the face. Any compression from packing recovers within a few hours of unpacking.

Is the tufting done by hand or machine?

Hand-pulled on a jig. A machine can pleat the fabric but cannot set the button depth consistently, which is what makes a tufted headboard look cheap.

Which fabric shows tufting best?

Velvet gives the deepest shadow and the most dramatic read; linen-look is flatter but more hard-wearing and easier to clean, which is why hotels usually choose it. Both are in stock.

Can I have a plain headboard in the same frame?

Yes. The same headboard board is used for the un-tufted version of this bed, so a mixed order of tufted and plain is possible in one container.

How many fit in a 40HQ?
