LED Headboard Upholstered Bed With 2 Storage Drawers (HM-LB-2597) is a compact upholstered platform bed with an LED strip framing the headboard panel and a second strip across the footboard, diamond-panel padding, and two wire-basket drawers under the platform. The headboard is only 10 cm thick, which is why the packed volume is small enough to load 278–376 sets per 40HQ. Four sizes, single through 183 cm.

The 110 cm headboard carries a diamond-panel pattern cut into the padding rather than stitched, with the LED strip set into the recessed border. Two drawers run under the platform, fronted in the same grey velvet, and the deck is a timber slat base with a centre steel rail. Packing is two cartons per set; assembly takes about 20 minutes with a hex key.

What is the MOQ?

50 sets per model. Different models and sizes can share one container as long as each reaches 50 sets.

How is the LED powered?

A low-voltage strip with an in-line switch and a plug adapter. Mains voltage does not run through the frame. Adapter plugs are matched to the destination market.

Can the light be switched off completely?

Yes, at the in-line switch. A remote or motion sensor is available as an option.

Why is the packed volume so low?

The headboard is 10 cm thick and the rails are 4 cm, so the set packs into a 198–211 cm carton at 0.18–0.24 CBM. It is the reason this model loads 278–376 sets per 40HQ.

Do the drawers take heavy items?

The standard drawer is a welded wire basket for bedding and clothing. For luggage or heavier loads, specify the solid drawer box option.

How many sets fit in a 40HQ?

Approx. 376 sets in single, 329 in double, 303 in 153 × 203 and 278 in 183 × 203, based on standard packing.
