What is the MOQ?

50 sets per model. Mixed models and sizes can share a container as long as each reaches 50 sets.

Is this a complete bed?

It is a complete bed base — platform, rails, low headboard and slat deck — but not a mattress. If you need a tall headboard, the same platform is available with a 110 or 130 cm headboard as HM-LB-2610S and HM-LB-2602.

What do the metal corner guards actually do?

They take the load when the base is dragged or knocked, instead of the upholstery and the plywood corner. In hotel use, where housekeeping moves beds for carpet cleaning, that is the difference between a two-year base and a five-year base.

Can it be used with a wall-mounted headboard?

Yes — that is its main application. Specify the headboard height as zero and the base butts against the wall.

How many fit in a 40HQ?

Approx. 514 single, 435 double and 407 queen or king, based on standard packing. One long carton per set keeps handling cost low.

Will a 30 cm mattress look right on a 30 cm platform?

Yes. The mattress top ends up around 60 cm from the floor, which is standard hotel height. For a lower bed, specify a 25 cm platform.
