Channel-Tufted Upholstered Bed With 2 Storage Drawers (HM-LB-2595) is a fully upholstered platform bed built around a 115.5 cm horizontal channel headboard with a shallow wrap-around wing. Two wheeled drawers run under the platform, one on each side, fronted in the same fabric so the bed reads as a solid block. Four sizes cover single through 180 cm king, and the base is a timber slat deck on a centre steel rail — no box spring.

The drawer fronts are upholstered and the drawer boxes are welded wire baskets on castors, so bedding, shoes or spare linen stay visible and ventilated rather than sealed in a box.

What is the MOQ?

50 sets per model. Different models and sizes can share one container as long as each reaches 50 sets.

How much do the drawers hold?

Each drawer is a welded wire basket roughly the size of the platform half, on castors. Load rating and drawer dimensions are confirmed per size with the quotation. Bedding, shoes and folded linen are the intended use, not heavy luggage.

Can the bed sit against a wall?

Yes, but then only the drawer on the open side is usable. For wall placement we recommend the front-drawer variant, which we build to order.

Is the slat base strong enough without a box spring?

The deck is poplar slats on a centre steel rail with an adjustable centre foot, designed for direct mattress use. SGS static load reports for the ordered size come with the quotation.

Can I use my own fabric?

Yes, COM is accepted at container quantity. Send a 30 × 30 cm swatch for approval before cutting.

How many sets fit in a 40HQ?

Approx. 142 sets in single, 121 in double, 113 in 150 × 200 and 101 in 180 × 200, based on standard packing.
