Gas Lift Storage Upholstered Bed With Fluted Panels (HM-LB-2611) stores the entire under-mattress volume. Two gas struts lift the slat deck and mattress as one piece, held open at about 45 degrees, exposing a lined well the full size of the bed. The outside is fluted — vertical rounded ribs across the headboard, rails and footboard — upholstered in a cream boucle that hides dust better than flat velvet.

Rails are 40 cm deep, deeper than a standard bed, which is where the volume comes from; the frame sits on a 2 cm leg so it reads as floor-standing. Packing is 0.481 to 0.572 CBM and 142 double beds fit in a 40HQ.

What is the MOQ?

50 sets per model. Mixed models and sizes can share a container as long as each reaches 50 sets.

How much weight can the gas lift handle?

The struts are rated for the platform plus a mattress up to about 45 kg. Tell us the mattress weight if it is heavier — we fit a higher-rated pair at no extra cost.

Is the storage well sealed against dust?

It is lined and closed by the slat deck sitting on the rail line, so dust ingress is minimal but not airtight. For humid climates we can add a vented lining.

What happens if a strut fails?

The steel stay bar holds the platform open independently of gas pressure, so a failed strut is an inconvenience, not a crush risk. Replacement struts are supplied for the life of the project.

Can I use a heavy pocket-spring mattress?

Yes, up to the 45 kg rating. A very heavy mattress makes the lift stiff rather than dangerous, and we can uprate the struts.

Will the fluting flatten in the carton?

The ribs are formed over shaped foam, not stitched empty channels, and the rails ship with foam protection and no stacking load on the face. Any compression recovers within a few hours of unpacking.
