We are TIANJIN ZEHAO FURNITURE CO., LTD.
We are an SGS-audited manufacturer with our own production lines. Our beds are tested to 200 kg per tier and certified to EN 747, EN 1725, CE and ISO 9001.
Market Development
We focus on overseas markets and have built long-term trading relationships with regular customers in 30+ countries. Our furniture is exported to Europe, North America, Australia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa. Project business — worker dormitories, correctional facilities, staff accommodation and student housing — is our core strength, with Malaysia and the wider Southeast Asian market among our most active regions.
Manufacturing & Capacity
Established in 1999, Zehao operates its own metal furniture factory with a 20,000 m2 production site added in 2012. Monthly capacity exceeds 8,000 sets of steel beds. Cold-rolled steel tube, powder-coat anti-rust finishing and KD knock-down flat-pack packing are standard across our range, which keeps container loading efficient for 20GP and 40HQ orders.
Quality & Certification
Every structural claim is backed by testing. Our bunk beds are SGS tested to a 200 kg per-tier load, and our range is certified to EN 747 (bunk beds), EN 1725 (domestic beds), CE and ISO 9001:2015. We hold BSCI certification and run an independent quality supervision team, so factory management and social compliance stand up to customer audits.

Exhibited at the Malaysian International Furniture Fair (MIFF), strengthening our presence in Southeast Asia, where Malaysia is a core market for our project business.

Delivered triple-level steel bunk beds to a prison project in the Republic of Malawi. View the project.

After 13 years of growth, acquired an additional 20,000 m2 site to expand production capacity.

Started our export business, shipping container loads to overseas distributors and project buyers.
