Art Deco Stepped Headboard Velvet Bed With Gold Frame (HM-LB-2602) is a velvet bed built around a stepped headboard: three padded tiers rising to 130 cm, framed top and sides in champagne-gold stainless steel, with the same gold tube carried down as the leg. The silhouette is the 1920s stepped arch, drawn in straight lines rather than curves, which is why it photographs as a hotel bed and not a bedroom bed.

The frame is 25 mm stainless tube, welded at the corners and electroplated rather than painted, so the gold does not chip at the joints when the bed is moved between rooms. Headboard and frame ship as one carton, rails and slat deck as a second; the whole set is 0.2344 to 0.3126 CBM depending on size, which is how 290 single beds fit in one 40HQ.

• Four sizes. 99 × 190, 137 × 190, 153 × 203 and 183 × 203 cm — single, double, queen and king from the same headboard profile.

What is the MOQ?

50 sets per model. Different models and sizes can share one container as long as each reaches 50 sets.

Will the gold finish wear off?

The frame is electroplated stainless steel, not painted aluminium or spray-coated steel. Electroplating is a metallurgical bond, so it does not flake at the welded corners the way a coating does. Normal hotel use with a soft cloth is all the maintenance it needs.

Is the whole headboard velvet, or only the panels?

The three tiers are upholstered in velvet with a padded face and edge; the gold tube is the exposed frame between and around them. There is no velvet glued to metal.

Can the bed sit against a wall?

Yes. The headboard is flat on the back, so it sits flush against plaster or a bedhead wall. The gold frame adds roughly 2 cm of depth at the sides.

Can I order a 160 cm width?

Yes. 160 × 200 cm is a standard cut for us even though it is not in the price list; loading quantity is confirmed with the quotation.

Which mattress depth suits it?

20–30 cm. The side rails are 30 cm and the footboard is 30 cm, so the mattress top sits roughly level with the rail line.

How many sets fit in a 40HQ?

Approx. 290 single, 256 double, 236 queen and 218 king, based on standard packing.
