Mirror-Trim Diamond-Tufted Velvet Upholstered Bed (HM-LB-2601) is a fully upholstered bed frame built around a 130 cm button-tufted headboard finished with a mirror-style border. Deep diamond tufting, crystal-set buttons and a low 35 cm footboard give it the look of a boutique hotel bed, while the timber slat base and centre steel rail keep it a working piece of furniture rather than a showpiece. Four sizes run from single 99 × 190 cm to king 183 × 203 cm.

HM-LB-2601 belongs to our upholstered single & queen bed range and is aimed at buyers furnishing bedrooms at volume: hotel guest rooms, serviced apartments, villas, student and staff housing, homestays and retail furniture chains that need one consistent look across several room grades.

The bed is supplied knocked down in three cartons per set. Headboard, side rails, footboard and slat platform are pre-drilled and packed with hardware and an assembly sheet, so a two-person team assembles one bed in roughly 20 minutes without special tools.

• Mirror-finish headboard border. A reflective frame runs around the padded panel and down both sides, brightening small or north-facing bedrooms where a dark headboard would otherwise absorb light.
• Diamond tufting, hand-tensioned. The 130 cm headboard carries a full diamond grid with crystal-set buttons; each button is anchored through the foam and board so the dimples stay sharp after crating and sea freight.
• Velvet upholstery as standard. Plush polyester velvet in black, with grey, beige, navy, blush and bottle green available from stock. Linen-look, boucle, chenille and PU leather are alternate covers; customer's own material (COM) is accepted at container quantity.
• Fully padded footboard and side rails. The 35 cm footboard is upholstered on both faces and can be sat on when dressing; 35 × 4 cm side rails wrap the mattress edge so the base stays hidden.
• Timber slat platform, no box spring. Poplar slats on a centre steel rail with an adjustable centre foot; the deck is sized for a 20–30 cm mattress and needs no foundation.
• 5 cm metal feet. Low chrome-look feet keep the frame visually grounded and leave clearance for a robot vacuum.
• Knock-down export packing. Flat cartons, foam corner protection, hardware bag and printed instructions in the carton.

• Fabric and colour. Velvet, linen-look, boucle, chenille and PU, matched to a Pantone or to a physical swatch you post to us. COM is accepted.
• Headboard height and tufting. 110–150 cm headboard, diamond, square or grid tufting, with or without the mirror border and crystal buttons.
• Branding. Woven or printed label, branded hardware bag, retail carton printing and barcode labels for e-commerce fulfilment.
• Compliance. Fire-retardant foam and cover to the destination standard, low-emission board, and test reports issued before shipment.

What is the MOQ?

50 sets per model. Different models or sizes can share one container as long as each reaches 50 sets.

Can you build it to my mattress size?

Yes. Send mattress length, width and depth; we redraw the frame and confirm a dimension drawing before production. US King 193 × 203 cm, AU and EU sizes are routine, and non-standard widths are cut to order.

Is the mirror border real glass?

Standard production uses a mirror-finish panel that is lighter and safer for export crating than glass. Real mirror glass can be specified for domestic projects on request.

How thick a mattress should I use?

20–30 cm. Shallower mattresses sit below the side rails; deeper ones reduce the visible rail height and change the look of the footboard.

Can I use my own fabric?

Yes. COM is accepted at container quantity. Send a 30 × 30 cm swatch for colour approval, and we will confirm shrinkage and rub-count compatibility before cutting.

How many sets fit in a 40HQ?

Approx. 185 sets in single, 150 in double, 137 in queen and 121 in king, based on standard packing. A loading plan with carton dimensions and weights is issued with the quotation.

What about fire-retardant requirements?

FR foam and FR cover to BS 5852 or CAL 117 can be specified, with test reports from a third-party lab before shipment.
