What is the MOQ?
50 sets per model. Different models can share one container, each clearing 50 sets.
How long does it take to set one up?
The frame unfolds and locks without tools. We send a setup video and printed instructions with the shipment.
Can we store them stacked for years?
Yes, that is what the design is for. Keep folded units dry and off the floor; the powder-coated finish handles long-term indoor storage.
Do you supply mattresses with the bed?
Optional. The standard camp mattress is 10 cm foam, 28 kg/m³, with a wipe-clean PVC cover.
What certifications come with it?
SGS 200 kg static load test per berth, plus EN 747, EN 1725, CE and ISO 9001 documentation. Copies are sent with the quotation.
Can we print our agency logo on the frame?
Yes. Logo printing or a plate on the end frame is available on container orders.
